Christine loves helping people who are feeling they can do better and are looking for effective ways to evolve, and to reconnect to their own truth.

Christine loves the outdoors: hiking, kayaking, exploring new trails… Being!

She believes children ought to be taught at a very young age to release stress and traumas so that they can just be themselves.

She created her proprietary technique; Snap, SET, Go! A simple Breathe, Tap & Release tool for all ages! Very effective especially for Children in only seconds.

Her biggest accomplishment : She healed her own life! In 2018 I was she was in a terrible state of affaires, now she is thriving and free to create the life she wants aligned to her soul purpose. Mind-blowing that once she had the right techniques she was able to attain this in less that 3 yrs… when she had been trying for so long!

Christine also runs many events on Alignable, as well as helping clients on different levels, with her Snap, SET, Go! online program, her EFTtransformation to Freedom group, and with one on one coaching & healing calls.
